38′ AQUILA – BOAT RENTAL
Check out this amazing boat rental in Melbourne, Florida. Our 38′ Aquila is a beautifully appointed power catamaran. “Tropical Breeze” has 4 separate areas for lounging, sunning and enjoying the views. This charter boat is spacious, stable and comfortable. Power Catamarans are also roomy. There’s a huge flybridge with direct access to the fore deck and comfortable seating on the sun visors. The main saloon has plenty of air-conditioned space, if needed. The Aquila 382 catamaran features newly-refitted equipment and amenities throughout the boat for charters. Spacious and efficient, this Aquila is equipped to make cruising on charters and living aboard, an exceptional experience. Combining this level of comfort with its impeccable ease of handling for even those charter enthusiasts who are new to boating.
Each hull of this Melbourne boat rental houses a cabin with a double bed with en-suite toilets and shower stalls forward. In the cabins, there are dressing areas with hanging lockers. All spaces are brightly lit and ventilated with oversized hull windows, plus opening hatches and ports. The large top deck flybridge comes complete with a large canvas covering, and offers excellent livability and visibility. On the main deck, the cockpit has aft bench seating and is permanently shaded with the extended hardtop. The foredeck features a spacious sunning area with seating and lounging areas on the wide louvered steps. The salon provides a tremendous amount of living space. The galley is fitted with everything necessary for term charters as well. You can float on one of the toys with adult beverages or take in the Florida sun on the Foredeck. Watch out for Dolphins!

- You’ll receive a contract, via email, 24-48 Hours prior to your charter. Sign it online.
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the charter start time.
- Bring Food & Drinks, unless you requested such Provisioning as a separate service.

Relax onboard and relish in the scenery or photograph dolphins jumping through our boat’s wake. Customize your trip or enjoy an incredible 2 to 8 hour day charter. Booking a Term Charter is also a great option. You can also explore some of the most beautiful natural habitats.
There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. We’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs. Charter Length, Boat or Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a specific itinerary.
It’s best to discuss options with us before you book and again with your Captain the night before your charter.

If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on Provisions* during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc.
*We’ll provide provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded to you, along with receipts, or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from the charter.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days of the charter.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours of the charter.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate and our good yacht maintenance practices.

Breaking any one of the following rules can result in early termination of the charter, without any refund. In some cases, you may be subject to arrest and/or loss of security deposit.
