Our 88′ Azimut features innovative solutions and distinctive architectural components. “Majestic Moments” is lined with a spacious and well-lit green room. The spacious and formal dining room is located just off the large galley. A stateroom and and independent dining room also adorn this deck. On the flybridge, there is a fully stocked bar, overlooking a jacuzzi and a barbecue grill. Water toys include 2 SeaBobs, a tender, paddle board, kayak, electric bikes & snorkeling gear. Guests aboard this Bahamas yacht rental will be able to relax and enjoy their time in the luxurious seating, dining area and teak sunbathing terrace. One of the rooms is designated as the master stateroom. There are also three guest staterooms for entertaining guests during overnight charters. Crew quarters are located on the opposite side of the engine room, isolated from the guest quarters to protect their privacy and reduce the likelihood of disturbances. - You’ll receive a contract, via email, 24-48 Hours prior to your charter. Sign it online.
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the charter start time.
- Bring Food & Drinks, unless you requested such Provisioning as a separate service.
- Bring Government-issued ID and the credit card used to buy the charter (if applicable).

There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. We’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs. Charter Length, Boat or Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a specific itinerary.
It’s best to discuss options with us before you book and again with your Captain the night before your charter.

You can bring your own Food & Drinks or request Provisions from us. If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on Provisions*Â during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc. It’s best to confirm availability of provisions with the Captain, before leaving home for your charter.
*We’ll provide provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded to you, along with receipts, or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from the charter.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days of the charter.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours of the charter.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate and our good yacht maintenance practices.

- NO COOKING ON BOARD, UNLESS MANAGED BY A CREW MEMBER
- ONLY NATURAL WASTE IN THE TOILETS (NO TOILET PAPER or FEMININE NAPKINS).

- NO RED WINE
Breaking any one of the following rules can result in early termination of the charter, without any refund. In some cases, you may be subject to arrest and/or loss of security deposit.
