Our 88′ Azimut features innovative solutions and distinctive architectural components. “Majestic Moments” features a spacious and well-lit green room. The formal dining room is located just off the large kitchen. Additionally, on this deck are the cabin and independent dining room. On the flybridge, which is located above deck, there is a fully stocked bar and overlooking a jacuzzi and barbecue. Water toys include a Jacuzzi, 2 SeaBobs, Tender, Paddle Board, Kayak, Electric Bikes & Snorkeling Gear.
Guests will be able to relax and enjoy their time at sea thanks to this yacht’s luxurious seating, dining area and teak sunbathing terrace. One of the rooms is designated as the master staterooms. There are also three guest cabins. Crew quarters are located on the opposite side of the engine room from the guest quarters to protect their privacy and reduce the likelihood of disturbances. You can bring your own Food & Drinks or request Provisions from us. If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an APA and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on *Provisions during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc.
*We’ll provide extra provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. First, we’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs and the capabilities of your boat or yacht. Charter length, boat or yacht size, tide & weather conditions are factors that will determine a more specific itinerary. It’s best to finalize the itinerary with your Captain on the night prior to your charter and again before leaving the dock.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from your charter start time.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days until 24 Hours.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate in the Miami area and our good yacht maintenance practices.
