52′ FAIRLINE – YACHT RENTAL
Welcome aboard our awesome yacht rental at Safe Harbor Newport Cove in Riviera Beach, Florida. Our 52′ Fairline combines sheer luxury and comfort for the ultimate charter yacht experience. “Odyssea” is a modern yacht refitted in 2021 and is one of our most popular vessels and always exceeds expectations. Boasting three spacious cabins, this yacht accommodates up to 14 people. We wanted to offer our renters a boat large enough to comfortably entertain 13 guests without breaking the bank. Starting outside at the rear of the boat, she offers a static swim platform with swim ladder, 2 large rear-facing loungers, nearby shaded seating for dining, an outdoor grill and bar area to enjoy your favorite drinks while taking a stroll, and a large bow area with solarium. We offer a lily pad and some floats for water fun, a bluetooth stereo system for music to your liking, and an air-conditioned interior.
She also includes downstairs 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a full kitchen and dining room. Perfect for escaping the sun, having a drink or just a quick change of clothes. Embarking from the pictures of Riviera Marina, you will set sail aboard your luxurious yacht through the tranquil oasis of Palm Beach. Known for their unparalleled beauty, the beaches offer you the first highlight of your day as you take in the stunning views of the sparkling waters and green coastline. As the sun rises higher, your course will be set toward Peanut Island. Here you will enjoy the panoramic ocean views that this popular park is famous for. In the afternoon, take a refreshing dip in the blue waters or simply relax on board soaking up the summer sun. Of course, this itinerary is at your own discretion, so feel free to point out any other destinations that appeal to you in our beautiful location. Your day of maritime indulgence awaits you.

You can bring your own Food & Drinks or request Provisions from us. If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an APA and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on *Provisions during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc.
*We’ll provide extra provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. We’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs. Charter Length, Boat or Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a specific itinerary. It’s best to discuss options with your Captain the night before your charter & again before leaving the dock.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 5 days from your charter start time.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 5 days until 24 Hours.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate in the Miami area and our good yacht maintenance practices.
