Check out this classic boat rental in Sebastian, Florida. Our 32′ Pacemaker is a Sedan Cruiser docked in a marina directly on the Indian Lagoon. “Peacemaker” is not just a boat ride, it’s an adventure. If you ever wondered what living on a boat would be like, this is it. This is perfect for couples and small families but please understand that staying aboard a boat is a different experience than staying in a hotel room. It will be different but as our previous guests have said, this rental boat is a unique and amazing experience. You can swim and snorkel at the sandbar. Watch for dolphins playing in our wake, so close you could almost touch them! Explore one of the many spoil islands, collect starfish and shells, or just relax onboard with family and friends while your captain navigates you along the beautiful Indian River. That means it has a full galley, Refrigerator/Freezer, Stove, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster Oven, hot and cold water, dinette, air conditioning, Internet TV, two separate berths, bathroom and more. Watch beautiful sunrises and moonrises over the water with a cup of coffee/Tea (complimentary) or your favorite wine. And if the timing is right, you can see a rocket launch from the deck of Peacemaker. There are lots of fantastic waterfront restaurants and entertainment nearby the Marina and only a two hour drive to most theme parks. Minutes to the beaches, fishing and the famous Sebastian Inlet.

- You’ll receive a contract, via email, 24-48 Hours prior to your charter. Sign it online.
- Arrive 30 minutes prior to the charter start time.
- Bring Food & Drinks, unless you requested such Provisioning as a separate service.
- Bring Government-issued ID and the credit card used to buy the charter (if applicable).

Relax onboard and relish in the scenery or photograph dolphins jumping through our boat’s wake. Customize your trip or enjoy an incredible 2 to 8 hour day charter. Booking a Term Charter is also a great option. You can also explore some of the most beautiful natural habitats.
There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. We’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs. Charter Length, Boat or Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a specific itinerary.
It’s best to discuss options with us before you book and again with your Captain the night before your charter.

You can bring your own Food & Drinks or request Provisions from us. If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on Provisions*Â during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc.
*We’ll provide provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded to you, along with receipts, or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from the charter.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days of the charter.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours of the charter.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate and our good yacht maintenance practices.

- NO COOKING ON BOARD, UNLESS MANAGED BY A CREW MEMBER
- ONLY NATURAL WASTE IN THE TOILETS (NO TOILET PAPER or FEMININE NAPKINS).
- NO SHOES ON BOARD
- NO RED WINE
Breaking any one of the following rules can result in early termination of the charter, without any refund. In some cases, you may be subject to arrest and/or loss of security deposit.
