Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund.
