Our 60′ Horizon is a 2023 Horizon Power Cat 60 that was custom built to include every imaginable option and all the latest technology for having amazing experiences. “Magical” is owned by a group of friends from Tampa Florida that one day over cocktails, decided that life is short, time is precious and you can’t take your money with you. So Magical was born out of that spirit and we all decided that we would have “Magical Memories” with family and friends for years to come. The design team has captured a perfect blend of stability and hydrodynamic hull form for maximum fuel efficiently, speed and comfort while under way. Once you step aboard one can easily imagine relaxing and entertaining family and guests from the large open aft cockpit. With large double sliding doors opens the cockpit into the main salon and galley creating a massive indoor / outdoor gathering spot. The sprawling owners stateroom located just forward the main salon with 180 degree forward facing windows creates an ideal retreat. VIP suite located to starboard with ensuit accommodation’s sea view window will make any guest feel warm and welcome. 3rd cabin is located to port with two single berths that can easily convert to a double. The adjacent head with enclosed shower easily doubles as a day head. Crew quarters are to starboard and below the galley. “Magical’s” Flybridge is an impressive area to gather while underway. With 360 degree panoramic views, dinning table that can easily seat your family and guests. Bar area with sink, refrigeration and BBQ easily converts the flybridge into an additional outdoor dinning area as well. To truly appreciate “Magical” is to come take a private tour.

You can bring your own Food & Drinks or request Provisions from us. If you want us to order, buy, pick-up, deliver and have food & drinks available for you upon boarding, you’ll need to provide an APA and a Wish List or we can use the Menu that you coordinate with the Chef, if you hire one. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
The amount collected (APA) will be the Total or an Estimate of how much you plan to spend on *Provisions during your charter, plus any service fees. Examples include food & drinks, fuel (term charters), docking & landing fees (foreign ports) & documentation fees (i.e. Bahamas & U.S. Customs).
We supply basic provisions such as bottled water, ice, towels, toiletries, kitchenware, cutlery, napkins, etc.
*We’ll provide extra provisions with the funds that you provide us, so make sure you give us enough money to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be refunded or you can apply the funds towards the crew tip.

There is a lot to see and do in Florida, the Keys & the Bahamas. We’ll start with a preliminary itinerary based on your needs. Charter Length, Boat or Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a specific itinerary. It’s best to discuss options with your Captain the night before your charter & again before leaving the dock.

The Charterer will receive a Full Refund if he/she cancels (for any reason) more than 10 days from your charter start time.
Half Payment is required if you cancel within 10 days until 24 Hours.
Full Payment is required if you cancel within 24 Hours.
Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.
Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.
A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate in the Miami area and our good yacht maintenance practices.
