This yacht rental in Aventura provides 45 years of combined experience that caters to your needs and requests on a level of unmatched service & privacy. Live the dream with a charter aboard our 82′ Sunseeker. Top Gun is elegant. This rental yacht offers beautiful interior spaces complemented by stylish deck areas, where her crew of two will ensure you enjoy the charter vacation of a lifetime. You cannot beat soaking in our top-deck jacuzzi! This Aventura yacht rental also offers a variety of water toys to augment her sunbathing areas, from stand-up paddle boards to snorkeling gear to towed inflatables. Fresh from an interior upgrade, Top Gun is ready to accommodate charter guests in style. It also features four spacious staterooms on her lower deck that accommodate 8 guests in luxurious comfort.

Credit Card: Charter price & fees will be charged to my credit card upon making this reservation. However, I authorize Miami Boat Experts to additionally charge my credit card the amount required to repair any damage to the yacht and/or its water toys, caused by me or my guests.
Other Options: We also accept Cash Upon Boarding, Venmo, Cash App, Zelle, Wire Transfers, Certified Checks/Money Orders, BTC or LTC. Contact us directly to take advantage of those payment options, if you want to avoid credit card transaction fees. You will need to provide us with a $300 Deposit to reserve your yacht. The remaining balance will be collected any time from the moment you reserve to the day of your charter.
Crew Tip: It is customary in the yachting industry to tip the crew in Cash at the end of the charter. However, you can also choose to leave a tip in advance, when you book online with your credit card.

Food & Drinks: You can bring your own provisions or request provisioning from us by providing an Advanced Provisioning Allowance (APA) and a Wish List.
The amount collected will be an estimate of how much you plan to spend & the service fee. Keep in mind that we will only buy the provisions with the funds that you provide, so make sure you give us enough to cover the entire cost. Any remaining funds will be returned to you or you can apply the money towards the crew tip.
You can pick from (up to 3) local restaurants/stores. We would order, pick-up, deliver to your yacht & have it ready for you, upon your arrival. Our service fee is 20% of invoice(s) or $100 Minimum.
You’ll be prompted with this option upon booking online or you can contact us directly to make arrangements. Alcohol is allowed. No Red Wine, Drugs or Smoking.
Basic Provisions: We will supply Bottled Water, Ice, Towels, Basic Toiletries & Kitchenware.

Day Charters (Up to 24 Hours)

- Cruise along the Port “Miami Vice” Style!
- Anchor for a Water Activities at the Wildly Popular Nixon Sandbar, Haulover Sandbar, Star Island, Flagler Island & Beach, Hobie Beach & Marine Stadium.
- Dock for a meal at The Wharf, Kiki on the River, Garcia’s, CasaBlanca, SeaSpice, Bayside Marketplace, The Epic, American Social, Sea Spice, The Standard, Duffy’s & Lique. (Landing fees may apply)
- Swim & Snorkel at Fowey Rocks, the local spot with the clearest water and most visible marine wildlife.
Charter Length, Yacht Size, Tide & Weather Conditions are factors that will determine a more specific itinerary. It’s best to discuss itinerary options with your Captain the night before your charter & again before leaving the dock.

Our Cancellation Policy is one the most lenient in the yacht rental industry. Full Refund if you cancel (for any reason) more than 5 days from your charter start time. Full Payment if you cancel within 5 days of your charter start time.Severe Weather is a circumstance in which your charter can be postponed without penalty. For example, a named storm such as a Hurricane, Lightning, Heavy Thunderstorms (Yellow or Red on the radar) during your charter times. In this case, you’ll receive a voucher for the same yacht, to be redeemed by you or someone you designate, at a later date. Rain and/or lots of clouds do not qualify.Mechanical Failure is a rare occurrence. However, it can happen at any time. If we are not able to provide you with a functioning yacht by the time of your charter, you will receive a full refund. If your yacht breaks down during your charter, you will receive a partial refund, based on the time of the breakdown.A vast majority of our charters do NOT run into cancellation or postponement issues, due in large part to the consistently good boating climate in the Miami area and our good yacht maintenance practices.
