MATES FOR HIRE
We offer Mates for hire throughout Florida & The Bahamas. You can hire a Mate with a strong work ethic, excellent leadership, communication skills and extensive knowledge of deck maintenance and repair.
Our yacht mates are team leaders who supervise the exterior crew and assign tasks. They can help the captain navigate the yacht and may be able to replace Captains in their absence. Yacht mates are responsible for cleaning, repairing, and maintaining the yacht’s exterior. They may also handle inventory and ordering deck supplies.
Our mates are experts at handling guest requests and complaints, which may involve coordinating with other crew members. Please provide us with at least 72 hours to find your ideal candidate. We also offer freelance Captains, Stewardesses & Chefs.
